- State Route 4 in San Joaquin County at Old River Bridge Traffic Advisory: Overlength Vehicle Advisory on STATE ROUTE 4 - Vehicles 34ft long or more advised to seek alternate route. Recommended alternative routes: SR-12 or I-205 for travel between the city of Stockton and the town of Discovery Bay. Estimated construction completion November 2026. This bridge maintenance and preservation project will make necessary upgrade and repairs of the Old River Bridge, located at the San Joaquin/Contra Costa County line.
