Notice
The Caltrans Transportation Permits Office has a records retention schedule for storing STARS permits up to four years plus the current year. Starting on 1/1/2023, STARS permits dated between the year of 2015 to 2018 will be purged from the online system. In the future, data purge will occur every year starting on January 1st.
