Project Description
This project is on State Route 1 at Oceano from the Santa Maria Bridge to Garcia Way. The project aims to preserve more than 20 miles of pavement using Capital Preventative Maintenance Strategies. The project would upgrade drainage systems and guardrail and incorporate complete streets and ADA features.

Project Description
This project would preserve 20 plus miles of pavement using Capital Preventative Maintenance strategies. This project would add shoulder backing, curb ramps, drainage systems and count stations. In addition, it would signalize state route 1/166 and state route 166/Obispo Street intersection. The project would also install complete streets elements along state route 166 from state route 1 to Flower Avenue.
