A&E Contract for consultation, research, professional, and technical services to assist Caltrans with the development and update of the Caltrans Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP), other plans, policies, and reports required for compliance with the Caltrans Statewide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (“MS4”) permit (Caltrans NPDES Permit), and other permits, on an "as-needed" basis.
