About Us

The Office of Capital Improvement Programming (OCIP) manages the following programs:

  • State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), consisting of the Interregional Transportation Improvement Program (ITIP) and the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). OCIP also develops the biennial ITIP, as outlined in the Interregional Transportation Strategic Plan (ITSP).
  • SB 1 – Trade Corridors Enhancement Program and Solutions for Congested Corridors Program
  • Traffic Congestion Relief Program (TCRP)
  • Proposition 1B Bond: Corridor Mobility Improvement Account (CMIA) program, Trade Corridors Improvement Fund (TCIF), State Route 99 Corridor program.
