Selecting the First Character

Administration Contract work A CO used to pay for work or adjustments already authorized by specifications (supplemental work, quantity adjustments, etc.).
Acceleration B CO used to accelerate certain planned work. Describe the reason for acceleration in the transmittal memo (public convenience, staging coordination, delay mitigation, etc.)
