Small Business Program

The Caltrans District 6 Small Business Program assists firms in doing business with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). District 6 includes Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare counties.

Caltrans District 6 is committed to providing opportunities for local firms to do business with our District. We promote Small Business, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in Caltrans procurement and contracting processes. We are committed to advocating for Small Businesses and keeping the community informed about the contracting opportunities within the State of California.
