DAYTIME TRAFFIC CONTROL SET FOR HIGHWAY 1
SOUTH OF BIG CREEK BRIDGE

MONTEREY COUNTY — Travelers in both directions of Highway 1, south of the Big Creek Bridge, will encounter daytime one-way reversing traffic control at Post Mile 27.8 starting Wednesday, June 17.

One-way traffic control will be in effect Wednesday, June 17 through Friday, June 19, from 7 am to 5 pm. During the following week, traffic control will be in place Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26, again from 7 am to 5 pm.

Travelers can expect delays of 10 minutes.

Crews will take advantage of the lane closure to conduct investigative drilling operations in the southbound lane.
