HIGHWAY 9 DAYTIME ONE-WAY REVERSING TRAFFIC CONTROL
SET FOR WEEK OF APRIL 6
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY —Travelers on Highway 9 will encounter daytime one-way reversing traffic control Monday thru Friday at multiple locations during the week April 6.
Projects Under Construction
The Highway 9 San Lorenzo River and Kings Creek Bridge Replacement Project is taking place north of Boulder Creek and involves the full replacement of these bridges for the safety of the traveling public.

Traffic control Saturday, April 4 and Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 5 pm
In the coming weeks, a temporary signal will be installed, establishing 24/7 traffic control at these locations.
The Highway 9 Upper Drainage and Erosion Control Improvements Project is improving the operation of key drainage systems along Hwy. 9 and will include culvert replacement, paving, and enhancement of erosion control systems. This work will take place between Brookdale and the junction with upper Hwy. 236.

In the coming weeks, a temporary signal will be installed establishing 24/7 traffic control at this location.
The Highway 9 Felton Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project is constructing a sidewalk and bikeable shoulder on the southbound side of Hwy. 9 between the San Lorenzo Valley Schools Complex and downtown Felton.
