LANE CLOSURE ON NORTHBOUND HIGHWAY 17 NORTH OF SCOTTS VALLEY SET FOR WEEK OF MONDAY, MARCH 9

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY — Caltrans crews will conduct a vegetation control project north of Scotts Valley the week of Monday, March 9, which will result in the daytime closure of one lane of northbound Highway 17.

Travelers will encounter a closure of the #2 (right lane) of northbound Hwy. 17, Monday, March 9 through Friday, March 13, from 9:30 am to 2 pm, between Granite Creek Rd. in Scotts Valley and upper Glenwood Dr.

Travelers can expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

Caltrans maintenance forces will clear culverts and disrupt fuels continuity by removing dead/dying brush, trees, and ladder fuels.
