San Benito County - Starting Monday, January 12, travelers on southbound US 101 in San Benito County will encounter daytime lane closures between Highway 156/101 overcrossing and Cannon Road.
These guardrail repairs will result in alternating lane closures on southbound US 101, Monday through Thursday, January 12-15, from 6 am to 1 pm, weather permitting. This lane reduction will allow Caltrans to perform guardrail damage repair work that occurred last summer at this corridor.
Message and directional signs will alert travelers in advance of these lane closures.
Travelers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes. Please allow for extra time for your commute through the area.
