Overnight One-Way Traffic Control In Delta
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, one-way traffic control from Whiskey Slough in Holt to the Old River Bridge (San Joaquin/Contra Costa County line) for paving work beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
- Overnight, intermittent one-way traffic control from SR-99/Golden Gate Avenue to the San Joaquin/Stanislaus County line for pavement work beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

Interstate 5 – Ramp & Lane Closures
Closures From French Camp Road To Sacramento County Line
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Full off-ramp closure from northbound I-5 at French Camp Road for sign work on Sunday, Sept. 13, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, alternating full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. One-Way Traffic Control For Striping Operations
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 26/Fremont Street (SR-26) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, intermittent one-way traffic control from SR-99 to Murray Road for striping operations beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Interstate 580 – Ramp Closures
Overnight Closures At Patterson Pass For Construction
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 580 (I-580) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on eastbound I-580 at Patterson Pass for construction beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on westbound I-580 at Patterson Pass for construction beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.
