The Office of Systems Development, in partnership with Caltrans Districts, programs, local agencies, and others, provides leadership and support for the development, standardization, deployment, and operation of traffic control systems for the State of California with Transportation Electrical Equipment Specifications (TEES). Traffic Control Systems include, but is not limited to, the advanced transportation controller and cabinets.
