Event Details

This outreach event provides an overview of upcoming Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) needs in District 11, on an “as-needed” basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) projects in San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Outreach topics will include:

  • Area of A&E Services needed
  • Estimated dollar value
  • Contract terms
  • Approx RFQ date (November 2026)
  • DBE or DVBE goals
  • Networking with the Primes and Subs
  • DPAC updates
  • Questions and Answer session
  • Look Ahead Report (LAR)/Temp ID
