The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services to perform Structure Construction Engineering and Inspection Services, including, but not limited to, performing construction engineering and general contract administration, preparing and administrating the Direct Express Connector between State Route 241 and State Route 91 (“SR241/SR91 Express Connector Project”) construction contract to support Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
