District 43 Outreach | 05/09/25

A&E Contract to perform Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) reviews on water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs), make and record findings, and where necessary, request corrective action and monitor subsequent activities. IQA reviews may be performed on construction activities, maintenance facilities and activities, and on other activities in the state right of way on an "as-needed" basis.
