The Consultant shall perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Bridge Design, Roadside Structures and Ancillary Bridge Structures Design, Bridge Hydraulic Modeling and Scour Analysis and Project Development and Structure Construction Support Services, on an “as-needed” basis to support the Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Engineering Services, Bridge Design in the development and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities within Districts 7, 8, 11 & 12.
