District 43 Outreach | 08/15/23

This contract will provide technical and professional consultant services for Stormwater Permit Enforcement, Prevention and Tracking services for all 12 Districts to achieve compliance with the Department's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). The Consultant shall provide its services all 12 Districts.

This contract is being utilized to address mandated requirements as set forth in the Department's 2012 NPDES permit and subsequent renewal issued by the State Water Resources Control Board.
