Complete Streets Action Plan (CSAP)
About the CSAP
The Complete Streets Action Plan (CSAP) is a coordinated effort led by the Director's Office of Equity, Sustainability, and Tribal Affairs, in partnership with Caltrans Headquarters' Divisions and Districts. The purpose of the CSAP is to identify key, high-priority efforts to implement the Director's Policy for Complete Streets (DP-37) over the next two years (January 2022 - December 2023).
