Micro SWDR

The Micro SWDR is an abbreviated Stormwater Data Report (SWDR) for projects without stormwater impacts (e.g. Sign Panel Replacement, Crash Barrel Replacement, Maintenance Station internal remodels, etc). The use of the form is at the discretion of the District/Regional Stormwater Coordinator. Projects meeting the requirements for a Micro SWDR may be marked for all project phases at the project phase reviewed (PID, PAED, or PSE). The Micro SWDR need not be reevaluated at each project phase unless the project scope changes. Consult your local Design Stormwater Coordinator to request the most recent version of the Micro SWDR.
