Labor Compliance Posters

In California, all employers are required to post the Department of Fair Employment and Housing's poster "California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment" DFEH E07P(A)-ENG (PDF)/DFEH E07P(A)-SP (PDF) and the Department of Industrial Relations’ poster “Payday Notice” DSLE 8 (PDF).

Visual inspection of posters listed below is required at jobsite within 30 days of the start of work. Forward the completed checklist (Contractor Bulletin Board Inspection) to the District or Region Labor Compliance Office.
