Complete Streets
Complete Streets are, at their core, a multidisciplinary undertaking and require a collaborative approach. Complete Streets projects serve as a key tool to achieving this by maximizing the use of the existing Caltrans right-of-way to incorporate space-efficient forms of mobility, like walking, biking, and transit, that not only efficiently move goods and people, but also impose the least social and environmental impacts.
