The Dunmovin Thin Blanket Project, funded by SB 1, will apply a thin blanket of asphalt to U.S. 395 from Haiwee Canyon Rd. to Coso Junction. One lane will remain open in both directions for the duration of the project.

U.S. 395 will fully close for 15 days within the Sonora Junction Shoulders Project while crews install two under-highway wildlife crossings.

The approved funding will support the next generation of transportation projects.

The approved funding provides significant investments for bridges, roadways, transit, and improved facilities for people who walk and bike.
