Temporary Modification of the Northbound Pacific Coast Highway Connector from Northbound State Route 103

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

LOS ANGELES – Caltrans announces a temporary modification of the connector from northbound State Route 103 (SR-103) to northbound Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1) for bridge repairs. The bridge repair project and connector modification are expected to conclude in late May 2026.

 

Traffic will be diverted at the northbound SR-1 exit from northbound SR-103 to 20th Street, Technology Place, and Judson Avenue before reaching northbound SR-1.

 

Drivers should exercise caution in the area and remember to please “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
