Q1) Generally when connecting to existing irrigation there is a bid item to Check & Test Existing Irrigation. If issues are found the repairs are performed as change order work. Is Check & Test Existing Irrigation being performed on this job?
A1) If Check and Test Irrigation is required it will be change order work.
Q2) Is the contractor responsible to maintain existing irrigation? If so, are repairs change order work or to be included in the bid?
A2) If the existing irrigation system needs maintenance or repairs it will be change order work.
