
San Mateo County ― Caltrans will be performing bridge, sign and paving work in San Mateo at the U.S. 101-SR-92 interchange in the coming weeks.
Thursday, February 26 or Friday February 27: WB 92 to SB 101
The westbound SR-92 off-ramp to southbound U.S. 101 will be closed to complete a concrete pour for the bridge soffit. This work will take place overnight on either February 26 or 27, depending on weather. The closure will start at 9 p.m. and finish by 5:00 a.m. (Please check X/Twitter for updates.)
Detour: Take the loop off-ramp to Delaware St, turn right on Concar, turn right onto South Delaware, merge onto eastbound SR-92 and access the off-ramp to southbound U.S. 101.

Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 6: SB 101 to Fashion Island Blvd
The southbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to Fashion Island Blvd. will be closed to install the overhead sign structure from Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 6. The closures will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Detour: Take the eastbound SR-92 off-ramp, take the Mariner's Island Blvd exit and turn right, and turn left onto Fashion Island Blvd.
Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 6: SB 101 to WB SR-92
The southbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to westbound SR-92 will also be closed to repair the overhead sign. The closures will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Detour: Take the eastbound SR-92 off-ramp, take the Mariner's Island Blvd exit and turn right, turn left onto Fashion Island Blvd, and turn right to merge onto westbound SR-92.

Starting Thursday, February 26: Pedestrian Detour at Hillsdale Blvd.
A pedestrian detour is scheduled at the Hillsdale Blvd. U.S. - 101 overcrossing so that crews can perform paving for new sidewalk and curb ramps in addition to adding detectable warning surfaces, striping, and lighting systems. Please follow posted detour signs.

This work is part of the $45M U.S. 101- SR-92 Short-term Improvements Project that is co-sponsored by the San Mateo County Transportation Authority and City/County Association of Governments. The project will bring operational improvements, enhancement to local access, and promotion of economic vitality to the region. All work is weather dependent. Please drive with caution.
