Continuing October 14, between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Santa Clara County – Caltrans crews will continue the paving process on State Route 82/EL Camino Real (SR-82/ECR) as a part of the SR-82 Rehabilitation Pavement Project in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. Paving will take place in both the southbound and northbound directions between Mountain View Avenue and Sylvan Avenue. Construction activities will be conducted overnight, and lane closure will be required. Local residents and businesses will experience normal levels of construction activities during this time. Work is weather dependent. Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time when traveling.
Vehicles will not be permitted to park on SR-82 along the project location from Mountain View Avenue to The Americana “No Parking” signs will be posted.
The public will have limited and/or restricted access to sidewalks, curb ramps and several driveways while this work is taking place.
Hours of Activity: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Southbound ECR: 10/14/24 to 10/16/24 –Mountain View Avenue to The Americana. All pavement on south bound direction by end of next week.
NorthboundECR: 10/17/24 to 10/18/24 –Sylvan Avenue to Mountain View Avenue.
