Beginning August 19, between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Santa Clara County – Caltrans crews will begin the paving process the week of August 19, 2024 on Southbound State Route 82/EL Camino Real (SR-82/ECR) as a part of the SR-82 Rehabilitation Pavement Project beginning at Sand Hill Road, in the city of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. Paving in both directions will take place in segments moving south. The work activities will be conducted overnight, and lane closure will be required.
Work is weather dependent. Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time when traveling.
Beginning the week of September 3, vehicles will not be permitted to park on SR-82 along the project location. No Parking signs will be posted.
The public will have limited and/or restricted access to sidewalks, curb ramps and several driveways while this work is taking place.
Hours of Activity: Southbound Lanes:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Northbound Lanes:
Monday to Friday:10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
