Wye to Crescent Mills Overlay Project on State Route 89

The Project:

The Wye To Crescent Mills Overlay Project will provide a pavement overlay on approximately four miles of State Route 89 in Plumas County near Crescent Mills, from the junction with State Route 70 (Greenville Wye) to approximately 0.7 mile south of Dixie Canyon Road (north of Indian Falls).

Project Includes:

Replacing asphalt concrete surfacing via digouts and placing 0.10’ hot mix asphalt overlay in project area, shoulder backing, and striping.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 30 working days for this project, all which will require traffic control.  Construction is currently scheduled for 2024.

Project Funding Estimates:

Total project cost (including support) is $1.9 million. This project is fully funded by Senate Bill (SB) 1.
