West Red Bluff Pavement Preservation

Project Summary

$6.4 million project, funded in part by Senate Bill 1, will provide pavement rehabilitation on State Route 36 from a half mile East of Baker Road to just West of Sale Lane, approximately a half mile East of Interstate 5.  The project will also remove and replace non ADA-compliant (Americans with Disability) curb ramps at intersections and repair or replace drainage systems elements in the project area, along with other items of work.  Reconfiguration of traffic lanes on Main Street between Crittenden and Elm Streets, traffic signal coordination and signal phasing, and other traffic improvements are also planned in the project.  The project is anticipated to begin in mid-April and be completed by the end of October.
