The Project:

The Thomes Creek Bridge Maintenance project is in Tehama County along Interstate 5, near Corning at Thomes Creek Bridge #08-0165

Project Benefits:

The purpose of the project is to preserve the structural integrity of this bridge in a safe and economic manner through preventative maintenance strategies to delay, prevent, or minimize major rehabilitation or replacement.

 

Project Includes:

The project includes removing the existing bridge deck overlay, repairing unsound concrete, treating the deck and placement of a new deck overlay.

  

Current Project Schedule:

It is estimated this project will take 20 workings days, with all days requiring traffic control. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2024.
