Rumble Strip Project on State Route 36 in Lassen County

The Project:

The Lassen 36 Rumble Strip Project will place rumble-strips on the center line stripe and both eastbound and westbound shoulders of State Route 36 in and near Susanville, from East Riverside Road to just west of the junction with U.S. 395.

Project Includes:

Additions of centerline and shoulder rumble-strips on SR 36 in the project area.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 15 working days for this project, all of which will require traffic control.  Construction is scheduled for 2024.
