Highway 99

The Champlin Slough Project is in Tehama County near Los Molinos, from 0.2 miles south to 0.2 miles north of Champlin Slough, on Highway 99. 

Champlin Slough is a bridge replacement project, replacing the Champlin Slough Bridge by using precast box beam girders. Other work includes placing new guardrail, reconstruction of the bridge approaches, placing RSP at the bridge abutments, striping and other miscellaneous work items. 

There are an estimated 126 working days for this project. 81 working days will require traffic control, 35 of those days will include the closure of Highway 99. Construction is scheduled to occur between June and October 2022.
