State Route 96 Slip Out Repair Director's Order in Siskiyou County

The Project:

Via Director’s Order, Caltrans District 2 and Stimpel-Wiebelhaus Associates are addressing an area of slip out on State Route 96 in Siskiyou County, approximately 5 miles east of Happy Camp.

Project Includes:

Pavement repairs and drilling for geotechnical investigations and permanent restoration efforts.

Current Project Schedule:

State Route 96 in currently under 24/7 one-way traffic control with 5-minute delays in the project area.  Project completion date is yet to be determined.
