Caltrans Coastal Clean-Up Day 2020

Park Your Trash In The Proper Place

Caltrans will offer dumpsters for the public to dispose of oversized everyday household items.

Bins will be available for drop off from 8 am – 12 pm on Saturday, September 26, 2020

• 2300 Sweetwater Rd. National City, CA 91950
• 1928 Moreno St. Oceanside, CA 92054

Notes:

• Bins will close once full
• Masks and social distancing required
• Must be able to unload items yourself

Prohibited Items

• Hazardous or toxic waste
• Liquids, paints
• Explosives
• Medical waste or sharps, or human or animal excrement
• Electronic wastes such as auto or household batteries, TVs, cell phones, computers, etc.
• Radioactive items
• Tires
• Appliances such as freezers, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.
• Construction debris
