SAN DIEGO —Maintenance crews will close the eastbound Interstate 8 (I-8) connector northbound and southbound State Route 125 (SR-125) Saturday from 6-9 a.m. for electrical maintenance.
Eastbound I-8 motorists will exit at Jackson Drive and continue straight onto Grossmont Boulevard to the northbound or southbound SR-125 entrances.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
