SAN DIEGO — Caltrans maintenance crews will close the eastbound State Route 52 (SR-52) ramp to northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) and the westbound SR-52 to southbound I-805 ramps Tuesday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to work on the maintenance vehicle pullouts and gore areas.
Eastbound SR-52 motorists will be detoured to the Convoy Street exit; turn left to the westbound SR-52 on-ramp to the northbound I-805 connector.
Westbound SR-52 motorists will be detoured to the southbound Genesee Avenue exit; turn left on the eastbound SR-52 on-ramp to the southbound I-805 connector.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
