SAN DIEGO — Caltrans construction crews will close northbound and southbound Interstate 15 (I-15) express lanes from State Route 78 (SR-78) to State Route 163 (SR-163) Tuesday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. to repair gore points on ten direct access lanes. In addition, crews will be installing wrong-way driver infrastructure.
All main lanes of I-15 will remain open.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
