Work Continues on the State Route 67 Pavement Rehabilitation

SAN DIEGO — Caltrans crews will refresh the pavement delineation, apply an asphalt sealant and install delineating channelizers at the intersection of State Route 67 (SR-67) at Mussey Grade Road beginning Tuesday night, November 29.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane between Branter and Carol Lanes from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The work could last up to three nights at the location. Travelers are advised to plan ahead. The work is part of the SR- 67 Road Rehabilitation Project.

Crews will apply a bituminous seal in advance of the full pavement rehabilitation project along with the larger 18-mile SR-67. To learn more about the SR-67 Road Rehabilitation Project, visit this website.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
