Seasonal Closure
Tioga Pass (State Route 120)
Tuolumne County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has received notice from the National Park Service of the seasonal closure of State Route 120 (SR-120) / Tioga Pass at Crane Flat Road inside Yosemite National Park due to winter weather conditions, as of 6:45 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2024. The seasonal re-opening of SR-120 / Tioga Pass is forecasted for May or June of next year.

Caltrans urges motorists to use caution while driving in winter conditions, please don’t pass or crowd snow removal equipment on the highway and watch for icy road surfaces in the overnight and early morning hours.
