Lane Closures on State Routes 99, 33, 108, 120, 132, 219, And Interstate 5

Stanislaus County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane and ramp closures next week on State Route 99 (SR-99), State Route 33 (SR-33), State Route 108 (SR-108), State Route 120 (SR-120), State Route 132 (SR-132), State Route 219 (SR-219), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work to occur as follows:

State Route 99

• Moving, alternating lane closures on southbound SR-99 from the San Joaquin County line to the Merced County line for maintenance work beginning Monday, April 21, through Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
• Intermittent closures of the #1 (left) lane of northbound SR-99 from the Merced County line to the San Joaquin County line for maintenance work beginning Monday, April 21, through Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

State Route 33

• Moving, alternating lane closures between the San Joaquin County line and the Merced County line for a crack seal operation beginning Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

State Route 108

• One-way traffic control between Topeka Street and Mesa Drive in Riverbank for tree work on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Moving, alternating lane closures between Briggsmore Avenue in Modesto and State Route 120/Yosemite Avenue in Oakdale for maintenance work beginning Monday, April 21, through Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

State Route 120

• One-way traffic control from one mile east of Lancaster Road to Lovers Leap for drainage work on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

State Route 132

• Moving closures of the #1 (left) lanes between Dakota Avenue and Claus Road in Modesto for a maintenance operation beginning Thursday, April 24, through Friday, April 25, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 a.m.

State Route 219

• Moving closure of the #1 (left) lanes between SR-99 and SR-108 on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Interstate 5

• Overnight, alternating lane closures between Fink Road and Hamilton Road for bridge work beginning Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, 2025, from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
• Overnight, full closure of the onramp to northbound I-5 from Ingram Creek Road for bridge work beginning Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, 2025, from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
• Long-term, full closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
  Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.
