State Route 4 – Lane & Ramp Closures
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
State Route 4
Long-term, one-way traffic control from Roberts Island Road to Cordes Ranch Road for Garwood (San Joaquin River) Bridge repairs beginning Monday, July 22, through September 30, 2024. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
Overnight, full off-ramp closures from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Madison Street for utility work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Overnight, full off-ramp closures from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Wilson Way for utility work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Interstate 5 – Lane Closures
Overnight Closures From Stockton Channel Viaduct To County Line
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound I-5 at Stockton Channel Viaduct for bridge work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 – Connector Ramp & Lane Closures
From Fulton/Milgeo Avenue To Crosstown Freeway
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

Overnight, full connector ramp closure from northbound SR-99 to SR-120/Yosemite Avenue for bridge work beginning Wednesday, August 7, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
Overnight, full connector ramp closure from northbound SR-99 to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for pavement work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Closure of the #1 (left) lane of southbound SR-99 from Fulton/Milgeo Avenue to the Stanislaus River Bridge (County line) for median barrier work on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
State Route 120 – Connector Ramp Closure
Yosemite Avenue To State Route 99
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 120 for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

Overnight, full connector ramp closure from eastbound SR-120/Yosemite Avenue to northbound SR-99 for bridge work beginning Wednesday, August 7, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Naglee Road to westbound I-205 for guardrail work beginning Sunday, July 28, through Friday, August 2, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.
Interstate 205 – Ramp Closures
From Mountain House Parkway To Naglee Road
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 205 (I-205) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Mountain House Parkway for guardrail work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (eastbound) and from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. (westbound.)
Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Naglee Road to westbound I-205 for guardrail work beginning Sunday, August 4, through Friday, August 9, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.
All work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
