State Route 4 – Ramp Closures
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full connector ramp closures from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway to northbound Interstate 5 for utility work beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full off-ramp closures from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Lincoln Street for utility work beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Overnight Closures From Stockton Channel Viaduct To County Line
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various ramp and lane closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows;
- Overnight closures of the #1 (left) lane on northbound and southbound I-5 at Stockton Channel Viaduct for utility and pavement work beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Eight Mile Road on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at SR-12/Flag City on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Turner Road and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 26 – One-Way Traffic Control
Utility Work At Archerdale Road
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform lane closures on State Route 26 (SR-26) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- One-way traffic control at Archerdale Road for utility work on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
State Route 88 – One-Way Traffic Control
Lane Closures For Shoulder Work
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform lane closures on State Route 88 (SR-88) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- One-way traffic control from Alpine Road to Jack Tone Road for shoulder work beginning Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
State Route 99 – Lane & Ramp Closures
From Mariposa Road To Jahant Road
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- Full off-ramp closure from northbound SR-99 at Mariposa Road for utility work on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- Full off-ramp closure from southbound SR-99 at Jahant Road for utility work on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
Interstate 205 – Ramp Closures
From Mountain House Parkway To Naglee Road
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 205 (I-205) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Mountain House Parkway for guardrail work beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (eastbound) and from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. (westbound.)
- Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Naglee Road to westbound I-205 for guardrail work beginning Sunday, July 14, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.
