State Route 4 – Ramp Closures
Overnight Off-Ramp Closures On Crosstown Freeway

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures on eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Stanislaus Street and at Wilson Way for striping operations beginning Sunday, November 23, through Wednesday, November 26, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures on westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Navy Drive for striping operations beginning Sunday, November 23, through Wednesday, November 26, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Crosstown Freeway To Sacramento County Line

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full connector ramp closure from southbound I-5 to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for bridge work on Sunday, November 23, from 2:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on southbound I-5 at Fremont Street -4/Crosstown Freeway for bridge work on Sunday, November 23, from 2:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.
• Full on-ramp closure from Alpine Avenue to northbound I-5 for drainage work on Monday, November 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures on I-5 at Alpine Avenue and at March Lane for striping operations Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, November 23, through Wednesday, November 26, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
• Overnight, alternating full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, November 23, through Wednesday, November 26, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 12 – Lane Closures
One-Way Traffic Control Near Clements

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 12 (SR-12) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control on SR-12 from Johnson Road to Cord Road for slope repair beginning Monday, November 24, through Tuesday, November 25, from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

State Route 88 – Lane Closures
One-Way Traffic Control Near Clements

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 88 (SR-88) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control on SR-88 from Clements Road to SR-12 East for tree work beginning Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

State Route 99 – Lane Closures
Overnight Lane Closures In Manteca

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight closures of the #1 (left) and #2 (middle) lanes of southbound SR-99 at SR-120/Yosemite Avenue for bridge work beginning Sunday, November 23, through Wednesday, November 26, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Long-term full closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge repair work. Estimated completion date is late December 2025. Please seek alternate route.
