State Route 4 – Lane & Ramp Closures
One-Way Traffic Control For Bridge Inspection

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control from Roberts Island Road to Cordes Ranch Road for bridge inspection on Monday, November 17, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Center Street and from Wilson Way to westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for bridge work beginning Monday, November 17, through Friday, November 21, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Hammer Lane To Sacramento County Line

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, November 16, through Saturday, November 22, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
• Overnight, alternating full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, November 16, through Saturday, November 22, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 – Full Highway Closures
Overnight Highway Closures At Austin Road In Manteca

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full closures of northbound and southbound SR-99 at Austin Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, November 16, through Friday, November 21, from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (southbound.)
• Overnight, full off-ramp closures on southbound SR-99 at Austin Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, November 16, through Friday, November 21, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Long-term full closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge repair work. Estimated completion date is December 2025. Please seek alternate route.

State Route 120 – Ramp Closures
Overnight Highway Ramp Closures

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 120 (SR-120) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from eastbound SR-120/Yosemite Avenue to southbound SR-99 for bridge work beginning Sunday, November 16, through Friday, November 21, from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Interstate 580 – Ramp Closures
Construction Work At Patterson Pass

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 580 (I-580) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on eastbound I-580 at Patterson Pass for construction beginning Tuesday, November 18, through Wednesday, November 19, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on westbound I-580 at Patterson Pass for construction beginning Tuesday, November 18, through Wednesday, November 19, from 7:00 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.
