State Route 4 – Lane & Ramp Closures
From Navy Drive To State Route 99

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight closures of the #3 (right) and auxiliary lanes of westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway from SR-99 to Interstate 5 for soundwall work beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Filbert Street to westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for soundwall work beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Louise Avenue To Sacramento County Line

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
• Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above-listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. • Moving, alternating lane closures on southbound I-5 from Louise Avenue to Manthey Road for a sweeping operation on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Full overnight closures of the connector ramp to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway and the off-ramp to Fremont Street from southbound I-5 for bridge work on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 12:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.

State Route 88 – Lane Closures
One-Way Traffic Control

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 88 (SR-88) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control at Calaveras River for bridge work beginning Monday, May 19, through Thursday, May 22, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

State Route 99 – Ramp And Lane Closures
Overnight Full Closure Of Northbound Sr-99 In Stockton - May 17, 2025

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full closure of northbound SR-99 from SR-88/Waterloo Road to Hammer Lane for bridge work at the Calaveras River Overcrossing beginning at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, until 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 18.
• Overnight closures of the #1 (left), #2 (middle) and #3 (right) lanes of northbound SR-99 from Cherokee Road to Hammer Lane for bridge work at the Calaveras River Overcrossing beginning Monday, May 19 through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full closures of the SR-88/Waterloo Road, Cherokee Road, and Wilson Way on-ramps to northbound SR-99 beginning at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, until 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Wilson Way to northbound SR-99 for bridge work beginning Saturday, May 17, through Friday, May 23, 2025. from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Long-term full closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge work. The estimated completion date for bridge repairs is May 2025. Please seek an alternate route.
• Closure of the #3 (right) and auxiliary lanes between Lathrop Road and French Camp Road for drainage work on Monday, May 19, 2025 (northbound) and Tuesday, May 20, 2025 (southbound) from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• Full closure of the on-ramp to southbound SR-99 from French Camp Road for drainage work on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• Moving closures of the #3 (right) lane of northbound SR-99 from SR-4/ Crosstown Freeway to the Sacramento County line for a sweeping operation beginning Wednesday, May 21, through Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

State Route 132 – Ramp Closures
Closure Of The Chrisman Road Off-Ramp

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform ramp closures on State Route 132 (SR-132) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Full closures of the offramps to Chrisman Road for roadway excavation beginning Sunday, May 18, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Interstate 205 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures For Maintenance Work

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform ramp closures on Interstate 205 (I-205) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Moving, alternating lane closures on eastbound SR-205 from the Delta Mendota Canal to I-5 for a sweeping operation beginning Monday, May 19, through Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Full closure of the on-ramp to eastbound I-205 from Tracy Boulevard for a paving operation on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Interstate 580 – Ramp Closures

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform ramp closures on Interstate 580 (I-580) for construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full closures of the off-ramps to Patterson Pass Road for construction work beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (eastbound) and 7:00 p.m. until 3:30 a.m. (westbound).
• Overnight, full closure of the on-ramp to westbound I-580 from Patterson Pass Road for construction work beginning Monday, May 19, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
