State Route 4 – Lane & Ramp Closures
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- One-way traffic control from Middle River to Tracy Boulevard for sign work on Tuesday, April 15, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control at the San Joaquin River (Garwood Bridge) for bridge inspection on Thursday, April 17, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Full off-ramp closure from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Filbert Street for pavement repairs on Tuesday, April 15, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- Overnight, one-way traffic control at Duck Creek Bridge for utility work beginning Monday, April 14, through Tuesday, April 15, from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Mathews Road To Sacramento County Line
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- 55-hour full weekend closures of the Eight Mile Road on-ramp and Hammer Lane off-ramp to southbound I-5 for construction beginning on Friday, April 11, at 10:00 p.m. until Monday, April 14, at 5:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Mathews Road to northbound I-5 for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full off-ramp closures from southbound I-5 at Mathews Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on-ramp closures at French Camp Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. (southbound.)
- Overnight, full off-ramp closures from northbound I-5 at Downing Avenue for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on- and off-ramp closures on southbound I-5 at Downing Avenue for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 12 – Lane Closures
From Beckman Road To Cluff Avenue In Lodi
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 12 (SR-12) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- Long-term, alternating lane closures on SR-12/Victor Road from Beckman Road to Cluff Avenue for permitted utility work beginning Monday, April 14, through Friday, April 18, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
State Route 26 – Lane Closures
One-Way Traffic Control At Various Locations
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 26 (SR-26) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- One-way traffic control at Darrigo Lane for shoulder work beginning Monday, April 14, through Friday, April 18, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control from Gogna Road to Granada Lane for pavement work on Wednesday, April 16, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control at Flood Road/Front Street for shoulder work beginning Monday, April 14, through Thursday, April 17, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
State Route 88 – Lane Closures
One-Way Traffic Control
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 88 (SR-88) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- One-way traffic control at Calaveras River for bridge work beginning Monday, April 14, through Thursday, April 17, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
State Route 99 – Ramp And Lane Closures
Overnight Full Closures Of Southbound Sr-99 At Acampo Road
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full closures of southbound SR-99 at Acampo Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) until 4:00 a.m. All northbound lanes will remain open.
- DETOUR: Motorists will be directed to exit southbound SR-99 at Acampo Road and return to southbound SR-99 using the Acampo Road on-ramp.
- Long term full closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge work. Estimated completion date for bridge repairs is May 2025. Please seek alternate route.
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on southbound SR-99 from Peltier Road to Mokelumne River/Frontage Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, April 13, through Friday, April 18, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
