State Route 4 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Long-Term One-Way Traffic Control At Old River Bridge

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

  • Long-term, 24-hour, one-way traffic control will be implemented on SR-4 at the Old River Bridge for construction through November 2026.
  • Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Filbert Street to westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for drainage work beginning Sunday, February 22, through Friday, February 27, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
  • One-way traffic control on SR-4/Farmington Road from Walker Lane to Adelbert Avenue for construction beginning Monday, February 23, through Friday, February 27, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Hammer Lane To Sacramento County Line

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

  • Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, February 22, through Saturday, February 28, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
  • Overnight, alternating full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, February 22, through Saturday, February 28, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 – Lane Closures
Overnight Lane Closures For Construction In Manteca

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

  • Overnight, alternating lane closures on SR-99 from Jack Tone Road to SR-120/Manteca Bypass for bridge work beginning Sunday, February 22, through Friday, February 27, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound.)

  • Full off-ramp and #2 (right) lane closure from northbound SR-99 at Woodbridge Road for tree work on Monday, February 23, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
  • Full closure of the #2 (right) lane on northbound SR-99 from Woodbridge Road to Acampo Road and Acampo Road off-ramp for tree work beginning Tuesday, February 24, through Wednesday, February 25, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

State Route 120 – Ramp Closures
Overnight Connector Ramp Closures From Manteca Bypass To I-5

San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 120 (SR-120) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

  • Overnight, full connector ramp closures from westbound SR-120/Manteca Bypass to northbound I-5 for guardrail work beginning Monday, February 23, through Friday, February 27, from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
