State Route 4 – Ramp Closures
Overnight Ramp Closures On Crosstown Freeway In Stockton
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Wilson Way to eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for k-rail installation beginning Monday, February 10, through Friday, February 14, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Filbert Street to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway for k-rail installation beginning Monday, February 10, through Friday, February 14, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (westbound) and 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (eastbound.)
- Overnight one-way traffic control between Sinclair Avenue and Walker Lane, and Jack Tone Road and Hollenbeck Road for sign work beginning Sunday, February 9 through Friday, February 14, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Interstate 5 – Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Hammer Lane To County Line
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Monday, February 10, through Friday, February 14, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
- Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Monday, February 10, through Friday, February 14, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 – Ramp And Lane Closures
Long-Term Closure Of Calaveras River Overcrossing In Stockton
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Long term closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge work. Motorists will only be able to cross the SR-99/Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing from the east side of SR-99 to the west. West Frontage Road is closed to southbound through traffic. East Frontage Road will be open to travel. Estimated completion date for bridge repairs is May 2025. Please seek alternate route.
- Overnight, full off-ramp closures from northbound SR-99 at Austin Road for electrical work beginning Monday, February 10, through Wednesday, February 12, from 9:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
- Alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound SR-99 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for pavement marker replacement beginning Monday, February 10, through Thursday, February 13, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound SR-99 from Jack Tone Road to State Route 120 for maintenance work beginning Wednesday, February 12 through Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
State Route 120 – Connector Ramp Closure
Overnight Ramp Closure For Construction In Manteca
San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 120/Manteca Bypass (SR-120) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:
- Overnight, full connector ramp closure from eastbound SR-120/Manteca Bypass to southbound SR-99 for k-rail installation beginning Wednesday, February 12, through Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
