One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
Amador County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control next week on State Route 49 (SR-49) and SR-88 for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
State Route 49
- One-way traffic control from Dry Creek Bridge to SR-16 for tree work on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
State Route 88
- One-way traffic control from Previtali Road to Sugar Loaf Drive for tree work beginning Wednesday, October 15, 2025, through Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
